外用中药治疗肿瘤及相关疾病的临床用药状况及分析

摘　　要：为医药科技工作者全面了解外用中药治疗肿瘤及相关疾病的临床研究和用药状况提供参考。方法:检索近10年相关文献214篇,选出91篇文献进行统计和分析。结果:外用中药治疗恶性肿瘤及相关疾病,在临床占据了重要位置,同时发挥了独特功效。外用中药治疗癌性疼痛方面共检索文献45篇,占文献篇数的比例为49.5%;抗癌消水11篇,占12.1%;治疗皮肤黏膜损伤11篇,占12.1%;治疗化疗引起的周围神经病8篇,占8.8%;治疗多汗症5篇,占5.5%;其它(静脉炎、术后盆腔淋巴囊肿、术后肢体肿胀)11篇,占12.1%。结论:外用中药治疗恶性肿瘤及相关疾病的临床研究已经有了较大的进展。Objective： To provide reference to medical participators for comprehensive understanding of external Chinese medicine treatment of cancer and related diseases and medication status. Methods： Retrieving 214 relevant literatures of nearly 10 years, and selecting 91 papers for statistic and analysis. Results： External Chinese medicine treated cancer and its related diseases, which played a mattered position and unique effects. 45 papers were retrieved to treat cancer pain, which accounted for 49.5%; 11 papers related with anti-cancer and diuretic swelling accounted for 12.1%; 11 papers about treating skin and mucosal injury accounted for 12.1%; 8 papers with treating peripheral neuropathy after chemotherapy accounted for 8.8%; 5 with ephidrosis accounted for 5.5%; other 11 papers with phlebitis, postoperative pelvic lymph cyst, postoperative limb swelling accounted for 12.1%. Conclusion： In clinical research, it has made a large development in treatment of malignant tumor and related diseases with external Chinese medicine.
