摘　　要：目的:研究益气消癥法对雌激素诱导子宫肌瘤模型豚鼠子宫组织形态学的影响。方法:通过去势+皮下注射苯甲酸雌二醇建立子宫肌瘤模型,通过肉眼观察各组子宫大体形态、称量各组子宫湿重,镜下观察各组子宫组织形态学改变。结果:益气消癥法对模型豚鼠子宫大体形态、湿重以及镜下超微结构均有显著改善。结论:益气消癥法治疗后可改善子宫大体形态,减轻子宫湿重,使镜下细胞结构接近正常,进而起到治疗作用。Objective： To study the effects of Yiqi Xiaozheng Method on uterine morphology of uterine leiomyoma guinea pigs induced by estrogen. Methods： The uterine leiomyoma model was established in guinea pigs by removing the ovaries and injecting the estradiol benzoate in abdominal, to observe the changes of uterine morphology by eyes, the weight of uterus, and the ultratructural by microscope. Results： The Yiqi Xiaozheng Method can significantly improve the uterus＇ general morphology, weight and the ultrastructural of uterine tissue. Conclusion： The Yiqi Xiaozheng Method can improve the uterine morphologY by improving the uterus＇ general morphology, reducing the wet weight of uterus and recovering the ultrastructural of uterine tissue to their normal.
