摘 要:目的:建立以指纹图谱表达的中药多成分体系的药物动力学,亦谱动学的总量统计矩数学模型。方法:用总量统计矩原理阐明中药谱动学数学模型及参数关系。结果:建立了药物动力学与指纹图谱同时表征的二维变量的中药谱动学的数学模型与参数表征体系,包括总量零阶矩(VUCT)、总量响应率(VUCPWT)、总量一阶矩坐标(指纹图谱总量一阶矩,MCRTT;药物代谢总量一阶矩,MRTT)及总量二阶矩(指纹图谱二阶矩,VCRTT;药物代谢二阶矩,VRTT)。结论:所建立的中药谱动学的数学模型及参数体系能表征以指纹图谱表达的中药多成分的药物动力学行为,其计算方法比单个成分逐个测定计算更为方便,同时适用于未知成分药物动力学研究。Objective: To establish the total quantum statistic moment chromato-pharmacokinetics model (TQSMCPM), a new mathematic pharmacokinetics for the multiple components in the Chinese Materia Medica (CMM) with fingerprint chromatography. Methods: The total quantum statistic moment principle has been used to interpret the relationship between the TQSMCPM parameters and the CMM with fingerprint chromatography. Results: It has been established the mathematical expressions and parameters, a chromato-pharmacokinetics model for the CMM pharmacokinetics research with chromatographic fingerprint, as the curve of 2-dimensional characteristic variates (C2DCV) system that consists of mainly chromato- pharmacokinetics parameters: total quantum zero moment as VUCr; total quantum respondent ratio as VUCPWT; total quantum first moment coordinate (mean chromatographic retention time of whole C2DCV as MCRTr and mean pharmacokinetic time of whole C2DCV as MRTr); Total quantum second moment coordinate (variance of mean chromatographic retention time of total quantum as VCRTT and variance of mean pharmacokinetic time of whole C2DCV as VRTr). Conclusion: The established TQSMCPM and parameters can represent the pharmacokinetics behaviors for the multiple components in the CMM with chromatographic fingerprint. It is more succinct than the older method by which was measured single components one by one, and can be used to study pharmacokinetics for the multiple unknown components in the CMM.
