摘 要:目的:建立有效鉴别新疆阿魏化学成分的薄层色谱方法。方法:分别以稀盐酸、乙酸乙酯提取新疆阿魏;以环己烷-二氯甲烷-冰乙酸(8∶8∶1)、甲苯-乙酸乙酯(10∶3)、正己烷-石油醚(19∶1)为展开系统;以1%三氯化铁乙醇溶液-1%铁氰化钾及碘蒸气显色;分别于366nm、可见光下检视。结果:稀盐酸提取物在366nm下检视到9个斑点,显色后可见光下检视得到4个斑点。乙酸乙酯提取物以甲苯-乙酸乙酯展开,在366nm下有13个斑点,显色后有10个斑点;乙酸乙酯提取物以正己烷-石油醚展开,显色后可见光下检视到2个斑点。结论:采用本研究的薄层色谱条件可有效区分10个批次的新疆阿魏。Objective: To establish TLC examination methods of the chemical constituents of Ferula sinkiangensis K. M. Shen. Methods: Ferula is extracted by 9% HC1 or hexyl acetate. Development systems are cyclohexane-dichlormethane-glacial acetic acid (8:8:1), methylbenzene-ethyl acetate (10:3) and hexane-petroleum ether (19:1). Color agents are 1% FeC13 ethanol-l% K3Fe (CN)6 (1:1), and ferric chloride potassium ferricyanide and saturated iodine vapor; viewing at 366nm or visible light. Results: There are 9 spots appeared at 366nm, 4 spots appeared at visible light after colored in extraction of 9% HC1. There are 13 spots appeared at 366nm, 10 spots appeared at visible light after colored in extraction of hexyl acetate, equilibrated by methylbenzeneethyl acetate. There are 2 spots appeared at visible light after colored by I2 in extraction of hexyl acetate, equilibrated by normal hexane-petroleum ether. Conclusion: The ten batches of Ferula sinkiangensis can be effectively distinguished by the thin layer chromatograohic conditions.
