摘  要:目的:观察裸花紫珠联合万古霉素对耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)所致小鼠肺炎模型的协同抗菌作用。方法:96只NIH雌性小鼠随机分8组,1×109cfu/mL菌液以滴鼻方式分别滴入50μL细菌造模。每天记录小鼠活动度、饮食饮水量情况,持续给药10d后观察小鼠血液白细胞数、肺部载菌量和组织病理学变化。结果:中西药联合治疗各组与模型组相比,白细胞计数均下降明显(P<0.05);小鼠肺部的载菌量明显降低(P<0.05),肺组织病理损伤程度均明显减轻。结论:裸花紫珠联合盐酸万古霉素对耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌有协同抗菌作用,可提高抗生素对耐药菌疗效,缩短疗程。Objective: To investigate the synergistic antibacterial effect of Callicarpa nudiflora associated with Vancomycin Hydrochloride on the pneumonia model mice which were infected by methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus (MRSA). Methods: 96 NIH female mice were divided into 8 groups randomly, each of which was injected with 501.tL bacteria (1.0xl09 cfu/mL) into nasal cavity to produce infected animal model and administered respectively drug by group for 10 days. Observed and noted common state, including activity, intake of water and food. After 10 days' administration of drugs, took count of leucocyte, did microbial load and pathological slice of lung. Results: Compared with model group, the absolute value of leucocyte and microbial load of each traditional Chinese drug associated with Callicarpa nudiflora were reduced significantly (P〈0.05). The pathological damage alleviated significantly. Conclusion: Association of CaUicarpa nudiflora and Vancomycin Hydrochloride have synergistic antibacterial effect towards MRSA, which can improve curative effect of antibiotics and shorten the period of treatment.
