摘　　要：目的:观察清热祛瘀颗粒对冠心病患者冠脉成形术后动脉粥样硬化进展和泛素水平的影响。方法:92例接受经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术(PCI)术患者随机分为两组:治疗组46例在标准化的西医治疗基础上予以清热祛瘀颗粒治疗,对照组46例采用标准化的西药治疗。52周后测定超氧化物歧化酶活性、泛素水平、炎性因子的表达及肱动脉内皮功能,并复查冠状动脉造影。结果:治疗组患者血清超氧化物歧化酶活性显著升高(P<0.01)、单核细胞核因子(NF-κB)mRNA表达及泛素水平显著降低(P<0.01),内皮依赖性舒张功能指标明显改善(P<0.01),冠状动脉粥样硬化进展明显延缓(P<0.01)。结论:清热祛瘀颗粒可明显降低冠心病PCI术后患者泛素水平并减缓冠状动脉粥样硬化的进展。Objective： To investigate the effect of Qingre Quyu Granule （QRQYG） on the coronary atherosclerosis progress and ubiquitin level in the patients with coronary artery disease after percutaneous transluminal coronary angloplasty. Methods： 92 patients after percutaneous coronary intervention （PCI） were randomly divided into two groups： 46 patients in the treatment group were given QRQYG and conventional westem medicine, 46 patients in the control group were given conventional western medicine only. Serum superoxide dismutase （SOD） activity, ubiquitin level, inflammatory cytokines expression, endothelial function of brachial artery and the coronary angiography were evaluated 52 weeks later. Results： The SOD activity was significantly increased in the treatment group （P〈0.01）. The ubiquitin level and nuclear factor kappa B （NF-xB） mRNA expression on the monocyte in the treatment group were decreased significantly （P〈0.01）. The endothelium-dependent dilatation function index improved significantly （P〈0.01 ）. The progress of coronary artery atherosclergsis was prolonged obviously （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： QRQYG could reduce the ubiquitin level and slow down the progress of the coronary atherosclerosis.
