摘　　要：天然药物主要是指来源于动植物及其他生物,具有明确治疗作用的单一成分或多组分药物,包括来源于植物、微生物、海洋生物、内源性生物活性物质等药物。除直接供药用的天然产品或简单加工品外,它也包括从中提取的化学药物、提取物或浸出物。临床发现天然药物及其提取物与免疫功能,尤其是细胞免疫密切相关,就天然药物及其提取物与与细胞免疫的关系做一综述。Natural medicines are mainly derived from plants, animals and other organisms, with a clear therapeutic effect of a single component or multi - component drugs derived from plants, microorganisms, marine organisms, endogenous bio - active substances and so on. In addition to direct natural products for medication or simply processed,it also includes the extract of chemical drugs, extracts or extractives. Clinieal practice has found natural medicine as well as its extract has immune function;especially closely related to cellular immunity. This paper summarized the relationship between natural drugs as well as their extracts and cellular immunity.
