摘　　要：慢性肾小球肾炎(CGN)简称慢性肾炎,系指蛋白尿、血尿、高血压、水肿为基本临床表现,该病属中医学之"水肿"、"虚劳"、"腰痛"、"尿血"等范畴。中医辨证论治,针灸推拿等取得了较好的效果。将近年来的治疗研究进展作一综述。Chronic glomerulonephritis,called as chronic nephritis for short, refers to the basic clinical manifestations including proteinuria, hematuria, hypertension and edema. This disease belongs to the field of edema, consumptive disease, lnmbago,hematuria in traditional Chinese medicine. Therapeutically, the western medicine hash ＇t particularly effective therapeutic method, but guided as the traditional Chinese medicine theory and the treatment based on syndrome differentiation, good results have been achieved. Now the progress of the therapy research in recent years is reviewed as follows.
