乳腺增生兔模型的制备及初步评价消癖健乳巴布膏的药效

摘　　要：目的:研究乳腺增生家兔的制备及评价消癖健乳巴布膏的药效。方法:肌肉注射苯甲酸雌二醇制备乳腺增生兔模型;游标卡尺测量乳头高度;酶标法测定血清雌二醇和孕酮的含量;组织病理学方法测乳腺小叶数、腺泡数、腺泡腔平均直径;血流变仪测定血液流变学。结果:乳腺增生兔模型各指标与空白组有显著差异,消癖健乳巴布膏能改善乳腺增生兔模型的部分指标。结论:乳腺增生兔模型制备方法可行,消癖健乳巴布膏对乳腺增生兔乳头高度、靶器官重量有明显作用,对血清雌激素、乳腺组织病理学无明显作用。Objective：To study the preparation of rabbit model with hyperplasia of mammary glands and evaluate the effect of Xiaopi Jianru Cataplasmata. Method ： Rabbit models with mammary gland hyperplasia were prepared by intramuscular injection of estradiol benzoate;nipple heights were measured by calipers, the levels of estradiol and progesterone in serum were measured by ELISA;the number of lobular breast and acinus and the average diameter of the acinar cavity were measured by histopathology; hemorheology was detected by blood rheometer. Result ： Each index of rabbits with hyper- plasia of mammary glands had significant differences compared with the control group, some indicators of rabbit models with mammary gland hyperplasia can be improved by using Xiaopi Jianru Cataplasmata. Conclusion：Preparation method of rabbit model with hyperplasia of mammary glands is feasible, the nipple height and hemorheology of the rabbit model have been significantly improvement by Xiaopi Jianru Cataplasmata, without significant role in the serum estrogen and breast histopathology.
