摘　　要：刘渡舟教授精于伤寒学说,对经方运用有独到认识,临床善用柴胡剂类方,尤其精于肝胆病的辨证治疗,刘老对急慢性病毒性肝炎,肝硬化等病积累了丰富的临床经验,疗效卓著。拟对刘老治疗乙肝的"四期、八大关系"进行系统总结,四期即急性期、慢性期、硬化期以及无症状携带期;八大关系,即病因病机层面的湿与热、正与邪、气和血、血和水,辨证与治疗层面的宏观辨证与微观辨证、疏肝清肝与理脾益肾、清热利湿解毒与温补阳气以及清除病毒与保肝抗纤的关系等,以期有资于临床。Professor LIU Duzhou is skilled in exogenous febrile diseases theory and has a unique understanding of classical prescriptions. Professor LIU is also good at using series of Chaihu decoctions. He has extensive experiences of treating hepatobiliary diseases, such as acute and chronic hepatitis, liver cirrhosis and so on. This article systematically introduces professor LIU~ syndrome differentiation and treatment Of Hepatitis B by ＂four phases and eight relationships＂, in order to provide an important reference for elinical treatment.
