Objective : To investigate the application of traditional Chinese medicine on postoperative adverse reaction conditions of bladder cancer interventional chemotherapy. Methods : 104 cases of bladder cancer with interventional chem- otherapy combined with concurrent transurethral prostatectomy patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,57 cases in each group. In the experimental group after intervention in the hydration fluid, traditional Chi- nese medicine treatment was used; control group patients after interventional treatment were given pure water infu- sion. Comparison of adverse reaction incidence and duration in two groups was carried on. Results: The fever, bone mar- row suppression, adverse reaction of gastrointestinal tract, liver and kidney function damage, hair loss, skin rash, mild elec- trocardiographic changes in experimental group and control group had no significant difference ( P 〉 0. 05 ), the adverse reactions of short duration were statistically significant ( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusions : Bladder cancer interventional perfusion chemotherapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment after operation can decrease patients' adverse reac- tion duration, which is suitable for promotion and application.
