滋潜通脉颗粒对高血压病患者颈动脉粥样硬化及CRP、FIB、UA、HCY的影响  

Effects of Ziqian Tongmai Granules on Carotid Atherosclerosis and CRP FIB UA HCY in Patients with Hypertension

摘　　要：目的:观察滋潜通脉颗粒对高血压病患者颈动脉粥样硬化及C-反应蛋白(CRP)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)、尿酸(UA)、同型半胱氨酸(HCY)、血脂的影响。方法:106例高血压病合并颈动脉粥样硬化患者采用随机分层法分为治疗组53例和对照组53例。两组患者给予相同的常规基础药物治疗,治疗组给予滋潜通脉颗粒,对照组给予阿托伐他汀钙片。两组疗程均为24周。观察两组患者治疗前及疗程结束后颈动脉内膜-中层厚度(IMT)、斑块总积分及CRP、FIB、UA、HCY、血脂的变化。结果:两组患者治疗后颈动脉IMT、斑块总积分、CRP、FIB、UA、HCY、血脂均较治疗前显著下降(P<0.01或P<0.05)。治疗组上述指标(除血脂中TC、HDL-C外)下降幅度优于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:滋潜通脉颗粒抗动脉粥样硬化及降低CRP、FIB、UA、HCY、血脂作用优于阿托伐他汀钙,表明滋潜通脉颗粒对高血压病合并颈动脉粥样硬化患者有较好的疗效。Objective ： To observe effects of Ziqian Tongmai Granules on carotid atherosclerosis and C - reactive protein （ CRP ）, fibrinogen （ FIB ）, uric acid （ UA ）, homocysteine （ HCY ）, blood lipid levels in patients with hypertension. Methods ： 106 cases of hypertension patients with carotid atherosclerosis were randomly divided into treatment group （n = 53 ） and control group （n = 53 ）. All the patients were treated with usual therapy, and Ziqian Tongmai Granules was added in the treatment group,while the atorvastatin calcium tabtets was added in the control group. The changes of ca- ses in two groups on carotid intima- media thickness （IMT）, carotid atherosclerosis score, CRP, FIB, UA, HCY and blood lipid levels were observed after treatment in 24 weeks. Results ：After treatment, carotid IMT, carotid atherosclerosis score, CRP, FIB, UA, HCY and blood lipid levels were significantly decreased in both groups （P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ）. The dec- rement of carotid IMT, carotid atherosclerosis score, CRP, FIB, UA, HCY,TG and LDL - C was more obvious in the treatment group in comparing with that in the control group （ P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Effects of Ziqian Tongmai Granules are more significant than that of atorvastatin calcium in inhibiting atherosclerosis and reducing CRP, FIB, UA, HCY, blood lipid levels. The study shows that Ziqian Tongmai Granules has good therapeutic effect on hypertension patients with carotid atherosclerosis.
