摘　　要：养正消积胶囊是在络病理论指导下由黄芪、女贞子等16味药组成的方剂,研究表明其提取物DME25具有抑制肿瘤细胞粘附、迁移,血管生成以及肿瘤细胞与间皮细胞粘附的功效,但尚需进一步的成份提纯以及研究证实其在肿瘤治疗中的临床价值。本文主要对养正消积胶囊的成份以及药效、成份的提取以及成份的鉴定、对肿瘤细胞的作用、对肿瘤血管生成的作用及对体内肿瘤的作用进行综述。Yangzheng Xiaoji （YZXJ） capsule is a formula derived from the collateral disease theory and consisted of 16 herbs including Astragalus, Ligustrum lucidum, etc. It was reported that its extract DME25 could inhibit tumor cell adhesion, migration and angiogenesis, while further extraction of its active ingredient and related research were needed to confirm its potential value in the treatment of various cancers. In this review, we mainly discussed the effects of YZXJ on tumor cells and angiogenesis both in vitro and in vivo, and its efficacy, extraction and appraisal of the active ingredients were also reviewed.
