摘 要:水电工程建设项目一般工程规模大、工期长、投资费用高,作为水电工程总费用重要组成部分的设备费,占总投资的比重较大。因此,高度重视设备采购造价的控制已成为水电行业共识。但水电工程设备种类较多,技术性强,制造安装难度大,且大多属于非标准件,这使得设备的采购工作变得复杂,且可控性较差,给设备采购阶段造价控制带来很大困难。以向家坝工程升船机设备采购为例,介绍设备采购方式的选择、设备价格测算、设备合同价格确定等内容,并提出水电设备采购过程中造价控制措施及应注意的问题。Hydropower construction project has the characteristics of large scale, long cycle and high investment. As an important part of total expense, hydroelectric equipment cost accounts large for total, so more attention must be paid on cost control of equipment procurement in hydropower project. But many kinds of hydropower engineering equipment, strong technology, manufacturing and installation difficulty is big, and most of them belong to the non - standard pieces, which makes the purchase of equipment complicated, and poor controllability, bring very great difficulty to equipment procurement cost control. This article taking XiangJiaBa ship-lift equipment procurement as the example, introduces the equipment procurement mode selection, equipment price calculation, equipment contract prices to determine the content, and put forward in hydropower equipment in the process of purchasing cost control measures and the problems should be paid attention to.
