摘 要:针对苏豪银座大底盘双塔楼这一特殊结构形式进行层间隔震设计与地震响应分析。将隔震层设置于裙房与塔楼之间,提出了隔震层设计的基本控制指标,并给出隔震层详细的布置方案。建立大底盘双塔楼结构的有限元模型并进行非线性时程分析。结果表明,在设防烈度地震下塔楼和裙房的地震剪力与层间位移大幅度减小,在罕遇地震下塔楼和裙房层间位移满足规范要求。理论分析表明,大底盘双塔楼层间隔震结构隔震机理清晰且效果显著,层间隔震技术应用于大底盘双塔楼结构是可行的。Mid-story isolation design and seismic analysis are taken for Suhao Yinzuo building, which is composed of a large podium with two towers. The isolation story is located between the podium and two towers. The basic control indicators and the detail arrangement of the isolation story were proposed. The finite element model was established and nonlinear time-history analysis was taken. The results indicate that under precautionary intensity earthquake, the seismic responses of story displacements and story shears of the isolated structure decrease compared with those of the non-isolated structure. The story displacement of the podium and towers can meet the criteria under the rare earthquake. Theoretical analysis shows that the mid-story isolation of large podium with two towers has a clear isolation mechanism and significant isolation effects. It is concluded that the mid-story isolation technology is feasible in the structure of large podium with two towers.
