摘 要:阐述了钢筋混凝土支撑温度内应力作用机理,以一处于压弯荷载作用下的钢筋混凝土支撑为试验对象,利用自动化监测技术采集其在加载过程中的轴力和温度变化数据。基于试验数据,简单验证了弯曲荷载的作用效应,考察了不同截面位置对温度内应力的影响,初步确定了温度内应力的修正方法。结果表明:实测值与理论值吻合得较好,说明试验方法的可靠性与试验数据的准确性;温差大的截面位置会产生较大的温度内应力,截面上部温度内应力最大、下部次之、中部最小;采用线性方法对支撑轴力进行修正能取得一定的效果。Mechanism of temperature internal stress in reinforced concrete struts was introduced. A reinforced concrete strut under compact-bending load was experimented, while automatic monitoring technology was used to collect the data of axial force and temperature. Based on the experimental data, the effect of bending load was validated, the effect of section position on temperature internal stress was studied, and the preliminary correction method of temperature internal stress was provided. Results show that, the accordance of theoretical results and facts under bending load validates the reliability of test method and the accuracy of test data; temperature internal stress is larger in the section position with larger temperature difference and the temperature internal stress of the upper, bottom and center sections decreases successively; the correction of axial load with linear method can obtain certain effect.
