摘　　要：2008年汶川地震以后,北京市加快了村镇农村住宅抗震性能调查和抗震加固改造研究的步伐。本课题组开展了北京市13个区县的农村典型住宅的抗震性能调查研究工作,总结了北京地区农村住宅主要的结构类型、建设年代和建筑材料等信息。结合2008年汶川地震中类似结构农村住宅的震害特点,综合分析了北京地区农村住宅的实际抗震能力,给出了这些农村住宅存在的安全隐患和处理对策,为下一步北京地区农村住宅抗震加固方案的设计、施工和研究提供参考。The investigation and seismic reinforcements of typical rural dwellings in Beijing have been sped up since Wenchuan earthquake in 2008. Based on the investigations of the seismic performances of typical rural dwellings in 13 districts of Beijing, the information of structure system, construction time and construction materials were summarized. Based on seismic damage characteristics of similar rural dwellings in Wenehuan earthquake, the actual seismic performances of rural dwellings in Beijing were analyzed and security risks as well as countermeasures were proposed. The research provides reference for design, construction and research of seismic reinforcements of rural dwellings in Beijing.
