摘 要:介绍了宿迁某住宅装配式叠合剪力墙结构体系、设计方法,着重阐述了装配式叠合剪力墙结构边缘构件、竖向分布筋连接、水平施工缝及叠合墙体的构造做法。计算结果表明,通过采取构造措施,能使该住宅装配式叠合剪力墙结构的抗震承载力和抗震性能均不低于现浇剪力墙结构,可以将此结构等同为相应的现浇剪力墙结构,抗震设计可以满足8度区的抗震设防要求。Structural system and design method of the precast composite shear wall of a residential building in Suqian were introduced, in which connection of vertical distribution reinforcement, details of horizontal construction joints and composite wall were focused on. Calculation results show that structural measures can keep the seismic bearing capacity and seismic performance of the precast composite shear wall structure in the same level as that of the cast-in-place shear wall structure. Precast composite shear wall structure can be viewed as cast-in-place shear wall structure, and satisfy the requirements of seismic fortification intensity region 8.
