摘　　要：在棉散纤维活性艳蓝KN-R染色中,先采用一种不含APEO的特殊高分子聚合盐复合物皂洗粉进行前处理;染色后先皂煮后酸洗,彻底去除棉纤维的水解染料,减少染色成品遇热水掉色的现象;同时采用固色剂交联处理以及柔软处理,使染色纤维色光纯正,各项牢度均较好。Pretreatment with an APEO free special compound polymer soaping powder is carried out in dyeing of cotton loose fi- ber with Reactive Brilliant Blue KN-R. Soaping followed by acid washing is taken after dyeing to remove the hydrolyzed dye thoroughly and improve the heat fading of the dyeings. The shade and color fastness can be enhanced combined with further fixation and softening.
