摘  要:以某炼油厂在役管式加热炉为研究对象,应用计算流体力学软件Fluent,研究了燃气分级比Φ(分级燃气与总燃气的质量之比)为0、0.2、0.3、0.4和0.5时,5种不同工况下辐射段内相关参数的变化规律。结果表明,随着燃气分级比的增加,炉内速度与温度分布均匀性改善,辐射段的传热性能明显增强,火焰由粗短变为细长,火焰高度增加,污染物排放明显下降。综合考虑火焰刚性、传热和NO排放浓度,Φ=0.4可作为燃烧器设计与现场调节的优化参考值。Taking the tube furnace in service of a refinery as the study object, some related parameters change rule of the radiation section under 5 different fuel-staged rates is researched by using computational fluid dynamics software Fluent. The fuel-staged rate qb means the quality rate between the staged fuel and total fuel, and the value changes in 0, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4 and 0.5. The results show that the velocity and temperature uniformity are improved, the heat transfer performance of the radiation section are enhanced, the flame changes from stubby to long and thin, the flame height also increases monotonically, and the pollutant emissions declines as the φ increased. Overall considering the flame rigidity, the heat transfer and the NO emission concentration, φ equaling to 0.4 could be used as the optimized reference for design and field regulation of the burner .
