摘 要:以某钢厂一座步进梁式加热炉为例,建立钢坯和垫块温度场的数学模型。采用有限差分法模拟计算了不同条件下钢坯和垫块温度场及黑印温差随时间的变化;分析了垫块结构、坯料经过水梁错位点后的时间等因素对黑印温差的影响。模拟结果为确定在线模型估算黑印温差简化算法提供了依据。同时在严格控制黑印温差的基础上,减少钢坯的加热时间和氧化烧损,节能效果十分明显。Based on a walking beam reheating furnace, the mathematical model of slab and its sup- porting skid was built. The time varying of temperature map of slab and skid under difference conditions was simulated and calculated by using the finite difference method. The influences of the skid structure, the time of slab after passing water beam dislocation point on the black imprint temperature difference were analyzed. The simulation results provided the basis for estimating the black imprint temperature difference simplified algorithm by using on-line mode. At the same time, based on strict control of black imprint tem- perature difference, the reheating time and oxidation loss of steel were reduced, the energy saving effect was obvious.
