摘  要:介绍了以w(Al2O3)≥60%的合成莫来石骨料和粉料为主要原料,以硅溶胶为结合剂的高炉送风装置内衬浇注料的研制及其应用。同水泥结合浇注料相比,硅溶胶结合浇注料具有较好的理化性能和施工性能,特别是具有良好的中高温性能和抗热震性;不同厂家和不同容积的高炉应用结果表明,以硅溶胶结合莫来石浇注料为内衬材料的送风装置质量稳定,合格率高,使用寿命长。The lining castable in blast furnace blower was prepared using mullite aggregate(w(A1203)I〉 60%) and mullite powder (w (A1203)I〉60%) as starting materials and silica sol as binder. The development and application of the lining castable were introduced. Compared with the cement castable refractories, the silica sol bonded castable was featured with better construction and physical and chemical properties, especially the medium-temperature and high-temperature strength and the thermal shock resistance. The service effects of the lining material for different volume of blast furnace in several plants shown that the blast furnace blower using the silica sol bonded mullite castable as the lining performs has more stable quality and loner service life, the qualified rate is higher and the service life was lon~.
