碳包铁钴合金纳米颗粒的制备及磁性能表征

摘  要:采用回流法制得前驱体粉体,用此前驱体粉体在流动氮气保护下、750℃下热处理10h制得碳包铁钴合金纳米颗粒.利用SEM、TEM、XRD、Raman和VSM对碳包铁钴合金纳米粒子进行了表征.结果表明:所得碳包铁钴合金纳米粒子分散性较好,包覆结构比较完整,具有典型的核-壳结构,粒径为30~70nm,内核为铁钴合金颗粒,外壳为无定形碳.碳包铁钴合金纳米颗粒在室温下为铁磁性,有望应用于磁诱导的药物传递系统.Precursor powder was prepared by alkane refluxing method. Then, heat treatment of the pre cursor powder at 750 ℃ under flowing nitrogen for 10 h was made to yield the carbon encapsulated co balt iron alloy nanoparticles. The asprepared CoFe @C nanoparticles were characterized by SEM, TEM, XRD, Raman and VSM. The results indicate that the asprepared CoFe@C nanoparticles exhibit uniform size distribution and obvious coreshell structure, with cobalt iron nanoparticles as core and a morphous carbon as shell. The size of the carbon encapsulated cobalt iron nanoparticles is 30-70 nm. Carbon encapsulated cobalt iron alloy nanoparticles are ferromagnetic at room temperature which are ex pected to be applied to the magneticinduction of drug delivery systems.
