体外预应力技术在托梁换柱改造中的应用

摘　　要：通过介绍利用体外预应力加固技术对某建成别墅进行托梁换柱的改造方案,得出了体外预应力加固技术在托梁换柱过程中能很好的增强梁体的承载力及构件刚度、控制梁体竖向位移;并在结构后期使用中起到主动控制约束变形,减小挠度的作用,从而改善结构的使用功能,达到改造目的 。The retrofitting project which is replacing columns in existing villas by external prestressing technique is described in the paper.Using external prestressing technique in application to the method of replacing column,the paper gets to the conclusions that the beams' carrying capacity and stiffness can be improved significantly;the vertical displacement can be controlled effectually.The structural deformation and flexure can be constrained and reduced by active control of the technique in later residence.The function of buildings is improved and satisfied well.
