摘　　要：随着我国农业现代化的逐步推进,农业规模化经营已经成为大势所趋。然而土地承包经营权的流转却受制于种种因素而未能大规模的推行,这其中一个重要的原因就是农地流转市场的欠缺,在此背景下我国农村地区的土地承包经营权流转市场的构建就显得至关重要。本文通过实地调查的方式来分析我国当前农地流转存在的问题,以此为基础提出构建统一而又有差别的农地流转市场的建议,并以此为契机促进农民的职业化,从而更进一步促进农民持续增收,带动农村经济的新一轮发展。Along with the development of our country＇ s agriculture,the large-scale？operation？ of agricul- ture has become the trend of the times. However the land contract management right circulation haven＇t？ hap- pened？on？a？large？scale？yet, because of a lot of fac- tors, one of them is the lack of circulation market. A- gainst？this？background it is crucial that building a circulation market of the land contract management right ？in the rural areas .This article, through on- the-spot investigation ,analyzes the problems existing in China. Suggestion？that constructing a unified but different circulation market is appreciated on？this？ basis, we also can use？this？as？an？opportunity？to pro- mote peasantry professional. Consequently, further？ promoting continued？ increasing？of？peasant＇s？ income, driving the rural？economy a new？round？of？development.
