石化企业设施火灾爆炸指数评价系统开发与应用

摘　　要：为对石化企业火灾爆炸风险进行综合评价和分级,利用ActiveX数据对象(ADO)接口技术,以VB 6.0为前台开发工具、Access为管理系统的后台数据库,设计和开发出可广泛应用于石化企业的火灾爆炸指数评价系统,包括信息管理、参数确定、评价分析和数据输出等几大模块,并应用该系统评价安庆石化企业苯乙烯装置的火灾爆炸风险。结果表明,用该系统能够实现对石化企业火灾爆炸风险进行评价、分级,并能为提高企业的安全生产、预防事故发生提供决策支持。In order to evaluate and classify the risks of fire and explosion in petrochemical enterprises,an assessment system for fire and explosion was developed with ADO technology as the interface,VB 6.0 as developing tool and Access as background database.The system included an information management module,a parameter determining module,an evaluation and analysis module and a data output module.The system was applied to evaluate the risk of fire and explosion of a styrene device of Anqing Petrochemical Enterprise.The application results of system show that this system can be used to evaluate and analyze the risks of fire and explosion of petrochemical enterprise facilities,and that the results can provide decision support for enterprise’s safety production and accident prevention.
