摘  要:为评估2013年初"闯黄灯扣6分"新交规的效果,探讨在不同交通信号灯控制规则下驾驶员行为决策的差异,选取15位有经验的驾驶员,在驾驶模拟器中进行模拟驾驶。对比在原交规、2013年初施行的新交规,以及在现有规则基础上创新设计出的绿灯变黄灯前闪烁1.5 s和在停止线内设置15 m长警示区这4种不同信号灯控制规则下,驾驶员通过交通灯路口时的效率、交通灯路口的安全性及驾驶员的主观感受。结果表明:与原交规相比,新交规在提高驾驶安全性方面具有明显优势,驾驶员通过路口的速度显著降低,对突发险情的应对绩效显著提高,但车辆通行效率和驾驶员的主观感受均显著下降。绿灯闪烁的规则和设置警示区的规则能够更好地平衡驾驶安全性和路口通行效率,同时降低驾驶员的心理紧张感。To evaluate the "running yellow light" regulation taking effect early 2013,and explore the influence of traffic lights control rules on driver’s behavior and decision making,a simulated experiment was carried out by recruiting 15 experienced drivers.Differences among the drivers in decision and behavior under four control rules,the rule before 2013(previous regulation),the rule taking effect on early 2013(new regulation),the rule of green light blinking 1.5 seconds before turning yellow and the rule of setting up a 15-meter caution zone before stopping line,were compared.The last two rules were designed by the authors.Results show that compared with the original one,the new regulation has significant advantages in driving safety,that under the new regulation,the driving speed in intersections declined significantly and drivers’ performance of coping with driving hazard increased significantly,but traffic efficiency and drivers’ subjective feeling both decreased,and that the two new-designed rules can well balance driving safety and traffic efficiency,and reduce drivers’ psychological stress.
