摘 要:目的了解玉溪市人、畜布鲁氏菌病的发生及流行现状,为制定防治措施提供科学依据。方法 2008~2012年对玉溪市华宁、通海、澄江、江川四县的养殖、屠宰、乳肉制品加工、兽医和销售交易重点从业人员进行血清学监测,并对52例可疑布病患者进行病原学监测;对玉溪全市八县一区饲养的猪、牛、羊采用试管凝集试验(SAT)进行血清学监测。结果共监测重点从业人员1335例,感染率2.55%,其中养殖人员感染率最高3.74%,职业分布感染率差异有统计学意义(x2=10.63,P<O.05),通过实验室病原学监测确诊现症病人15例;全市共监测猪、牛、羊16211头(只),感染率2.12%,被监测牲畜中,猪未被检出,牛感染率1.76%,羊感染率4.52%最高,差异有统计学意义(x2=57.95,P<O.05)。结论养殖人员是感染的主要人群,感染布氏菌的羊和牛是主要传染源,疫情有扩散蔓延趋势,需要加强综合防治,加强清除传染源,切断传播途径,对重点地区、重点人群进行宣传干预。Objective To understand the epidemic characteristics and occurrence of zoonoses brucellosis in Yuxi city and provide scientific evidence for prevention and control of this disease. Methods From 2008 to 2012, the blood samples were collected from the breeding sites, slaughtering houses, meat and dairy products, veterinary and sales transactions of occu- pational exposure cases in four districts of Huaning, Tonghai, Chengjiang and Jiangchuan in Yuxi City. Serological tests were done with all samples and pathogen surveillances were done in 52 suspected positive samples. Serological tests by tube aggluti- nation test(SAT)have also been done in the domestic animals (goats, cows and pigs ) in Yuxi city. Results The infection rate was 2.55% in all 1335 occupational exposure cases and the infection rate in those undertaking animal keepers was the highest (3.74%). The infection rates showed significant differences among oceupations(x2=10.63, P 〈 0. 05) Totally 15 cases were di- agnosed by pathogen detecting with an infection rate of 2.12% in all 16,21 l.There 16211 monitored animals were monitored with an infection rate of 2.12%, being 1.76% for cows and 4.52% for goats, showing statistically significant (x2=57.95, P〈 0. 05). Corlclusion The susceptible population were domestic animal keepers and the sources of infection were goats and cows. infected with brucella. Cmprehensive measures must be formulated to control the spreading trend of brucellosis.
