摘　　要：宪法自身具有的政治性、法律性和文化性等多重属性彰显宪政发展的历史脉络和形成机理。宪法属性之间具有内在统一性与实际冲突。对宪法属性及其相互关系开展必要的理论研究,实源于中国宪政发展的实践困境。认识宪法自身属性的不同方面,有助于加深对宪法基本理论问题的理解,并为推进宪政建设开辟思维进路。The multiple attributes of the Constitution in the political, legal and cultural aspects have revealed the historical vein and formation mechanism of the constitutional development, and the attributes thelnselves have actual conflict as well as intrinsic unity. A theoretical reSearch on the constitution attributes and their interrelations is derived from the practical dilemma of China% constitutionalism. Properly understanding the different aspects of the attributes helps to deepen the comprehension on basic theoretical problems of the constitution, and pave a way for the construction of constitutionalism.
