摘　　要：在分析读者满足率意义及与其相关因素的基础上,提出了基于遗传算法优化的BPNN读者满足率评价模型,并通过实验验证了其有效性。The genetic algorithm-based optimal assessment model of BPNN readers＂ satisfaction rate was proposed according to the analysis of the importance of readerst satisfaction rate and the related factors with validity verified in practice.
