摘 要:利用FLUENT软件对某双燃料燃烧室重整气燃烧流场进行了数值研究。分析了蒸汽回注比对燃烧室内温度分布、出口温度最大不均匀度和出口NOx体积分数等参数的影响。结果表明,随着蒸汽回注比的增加,火焰筒中轴线的回流速度增大,燃烧室内火焰长度先缩短后增大,出口温度场最大不均匀度先降低后增大,出口NOx体积分数不断降低;燃烧室燃用重整气时,快速型NOx体积分数要多于热力型NOx体积分数。With the FLUENT software, combustion flow in a reforming gas combustor of gas turbine was simulated. The effects of steam injection on the temperature distribution of the meridian plane, temperature distribution and non-uniformity at outlet, the NO. emission were analyzed. It is found that with the reflux speed at central axis increases, the combustor flame length increases first and then decreases, the temperature maximum non-uniformity at outlet increases first and then decreases, the NO. emission rate decreases with increasing the steam injection flow. When the combustor employs the reforming gas fuel, the prompt NO. emission is more than the thermal NO. emission.
