摘  要:沼气工程在我国处于快速发展阶段,在热工制度上存在一些亟待解决的问题。根据哈尔滨的逐时气象参数分析了一个大中型沼气工程的热工行为,确定了中温发酵所需的动态耗热量,并估算了采用不同加热方式的能耗、二氧化碳排放量及能耗费用。结果表明:中温发酵用于加热进料的热量占沼气工程耗热的90%以上,造成巨大的能源浪费;地源热泵加热法是一种较为经济的加热方式;回收出料余热对节能减排及沼气产业的绿色化有重大意义。Biogas has developed fast in China as modern biomass having broad development prospects. Ha'erbin was taken as an example to analyze the thermal behavior of large/medium projects according to its meteorological parameters. Dynamic heat required was calculated by matlabandetc. , so were the energy consumption, CO2 emissions and energy costs of different heating techniques. The calculation result implies that heat required to warm feedings accounts for more than 90% of total heat required for biogas projects, leading to large energy dissipation. And soil-source heat pump heating technique is an ideal technique which can not only ensure stable operation but also conserve energy, protect environment and save money. Heating biogas projects by soil-source heat pump accompanied with recycling discharge waste heat is of great importance for making biogas more green.
