摘  要:根据机制砂不同于河砂的性能特征,结合管片用C50混凝土的配合比设计要求及配制原则,对配合比进行设计,对比河砂混凝土,研究了机制砂对C50管片混凝土性能的影响规律,并提出管片用C50机制砂混凝土的配合比设计参数的选择规律。研究表明,与河砂混凝土相比,机制砂会降低管片混凝土的坍落度,但对其脱模强度、抗压强度和抗氯离子渗透性能有所提高。在进行机制砂混凝土配合比设计时,通过选择合适的胶凝材料用量、砂率、减水剂掺量和养护措施,配制出脱模强度和抗氯离子渗透性能比河砂更优的机制砂管片混凝土。According to manufactured sand properties differed from river sand, combining with the design requirements and preparation rules of C50 concrete used in segments, this paper makes a mix proportion design and investigates the manufactured sand influences on performances of C50 concrete used in segments by contrasting with segment C50 concrete prepared with river sand. The parameter selection principles of segment C50 concrete mix proportion design with manufactured sand are also put forward. Research results show that compared with concrete blended with river sand, manufactured sand will reduce the slump of segment concrete, but enhance the concrete strength when the formwork is demolished, compressive strength and resistance chloride penetration. When the segment C50 concrete mixed with manufactured sand is designed, manufactured sand segment concrete with higher concrete strength when the formwork is demolished and permeability resistance than segment concrete using river sand can be made by choosing the appropriate content of cementing materials, S/A ratio, the dosage of water-reducing agent and maintenance measures.
