摘 要:对比研究了纯水泥、单掺20%粉煤灰、30%粉煤灰及复掺粉煤灰和矿粉的技术配制C50P10蒸养管片混凝土。结果表明管片混凝土宜复合掺入粉煤灰和矿粉;复合掺入粉煤灰与矿粉后较纯水泥管片混凝土,脱模强度有所降低,后期强度差别不大,在合适的蒸养制度下可满足脱模强度要求;抗氯离子渗透性能、抗开裂性能明显提高,抗碳化性能有一定改善,干缩降低。Authors use the technical routes of pure cement, single with 20% fly ash, 30% fly ash and mixing with fly ash and slag powder to prepare CSOP10 segment concrete. The results show that mixing with fly ash and slag is suitable for segment concrete. Compare with pure cement segment concrete, concrete strength when the formwork is demolished and mixing with fly ash and slag is decreased, and the late strength difference is small. It meets the requirements of demoulding strength in appropriate steam- curing system, and the resistance to chloride ions penetration and the cracking resistance of the segment concrete are improved obviously, meanwhile the carbonation resistance is improved and the shrinkage is reduced.
