摘  要:盾构机在砂卵石层掘进过程中,刀盘切割砂卵石而产生较大振动,振动传到地表,不仅扰民,而且产生较大的环境影响。以北京地铁10号线二期工程某盾构区间为试验段,对盾构施工洞内管片和地表的振动进行现场监测,了解盾构施工诱发的振动规律和沿地表的传播规律。结果表明:在砂卵石层中,盾构施工会诱发较大的环境振动;在洞内的影响距离约为1.5—2倍洞径;刀盘附近地表振动加速度级超出规范要求,地表振动沿垂直施工轴线方向呈现负指数衰减规律。振动波在传播过程中,中高频衰减较快,远离刀盘处振动频率主要为30~50Hz。A greater vibration will be generated due to cutting sand and gravel in the process of shield machine tunneling. The vibration which transmits to surface not only disturbs residents but also makes a greater environment impacting. This paper takes a subway shield zone tunnel of Beijing Metro Line 10 for an example, carries out field tests of vibration of shield segment and ground surface. The propagation laws of environmental vibration are summarized by analysis on test data. The result shows that the vibration caused by shield construction is closed related to the particle size. The vibration influenced distance in the cave will be 1.5 - 2 times of the hole diameter. The surface vibration acceleration level near the cutter-head is beyond the regulatory requirements. The exponential attenuation rules of the surface acceleration will be showed. The high-frequency has a faster attenuation in transmission process. The main frequency is about 30 -50Hz far from cutter-head.
