常见中西药复方制剂的安全用药探析

摘　　要：目的探讨常见中西药复方制剂的安全用药。方法通过分析中西药复方制剂的西药成分，给出安全用药指导意见。结果中西药复方制剂可分为感冒类、心血管类、糖尿病类、消化系统类和补益类，其所含西药成分有对乙酰氨基酚、氢氯噻嗪、格列本脲、碳酸氢钠、维生素类等。结论药事服务时应从用法用量、禁忌、注意事项等方面给予指导，从而确保临床安全用药。Objective To analyze the safety of the compound preparations of traditional Chinese medicine and chemical medicine. Methods Through analyzing the main ingredients in the compound preparation, we provided the safe medication guidance. Results The compound preparations can be divided into influenza-like medicines, cardiovascular medicines, diabetes medicines, digestive and tonic medicines. The ingredients of chemical medicines contained acetaminophen, bydrochlorothiazide, glibenclamide, sodium bicarbonate, vitamins, etc. Conclusion In pharmaceutical services, medicines could be used in a safety way which based on the guide of usage and dosage, contraindications and precautions etc.
