摘  要:本文采用水热法制备V掺杂TiO2(V-TiO2)光催化剂,借助XRD、XPS、UV-Vis DRS等手段对V-TiO2的结构进行表征,并以酸性红染料作为模型污染物,评价V-TiO2在可见光作用下的光催化性能。实验结果表明,V离子进入TiO2晶格并取代Ti4+离子,V离子掺杂在TiO2的导带下方引入了V3d掺杂能级,V-TiO2在可见光区具有显著吸收,且光生载流子的复合受到有效抑制,因此,V掺杂明显提高了TiO2降解酸性红染料的效率。V-doped TiO2 was prepared by a facile hydrothermal method. The structural properties of the catalysts were investigated by means of XRD, UV-Vis DRS, PL, etc. The photocatalytic activities of V-doped TiO2 were evaluated by the degradation of Acid Red 88 under visible light irradiation. The experiment results showed that V ions were successfully incorporated into the crystal lattice of anatase TiO2 and substituted for the lattice Ti4 V-TiO2 had a significant absorption in the visible region and the absorption band of V-TiO2 red-shifted grad ions.ually as the concentration of V increased. The recombination of the photo-generated electron and hole pairs was greatly inhibited, so that the visible-light-driven photocatalytic efficiency of V-Ti2 was significantly enhanced. The catalyst doped with 1% V presented the best activity.
