摘  要:电袋复合除尘技术和布袋除尘技术是两种重要的燃煤烟气除尘技术,这两种除尘器的关键部件之一滤袋是由滤料缝制而成。由于聚苯硫醚(PPS)纤维具有价格和耐酸碱性等方面的优势,其作为滤料广泛应用于燃煤锅炉烟气治理中。本文分析了燃煤烟气中的化学成分对PPS滤料的影响,通过实验进行验证。实验表明,燃煤烟气中的SO3和NO2与水蒸气作用,在滤料表面形成了硫酸和硝酸的混酸酸露。混酸对PPS滤料有很强的腐蚀性,会大大降低滤料的机械强度,导致滤料的破损。针对这一机理,本文提出了几种PPS滤料的处理方法,以延长滤料使用寿命。Electrostatic fabric filter and bag filter are two important method to remove dust from the flue gas. The filter bag, one of the key parts of these filters, is made up with filtering material, PPS fiber is widely used as filtering material in the cleansing of the flue gas from the boiler, as a result of its advantages such as low price and good acid and alkali resistance. In this paper, the effects of some chemical components in the flue gas on filtering material were analyzed and experimentally proved. The results shows that the S03 and N~ in the flue gas would react with vapor and produce the mixed acid drop on the surface of the PPS. The mixed acid is highly corrosive and would greatly reduce the mechanical strength of the material, which lead to the damage of the material. According to the results, some pretreatments to the PPS material are raised to lengthen the operation life of the fiber.
