摘 要:针对零件可制造性分析模型的构建问题,提炼出构建可制造性分析模型的三大技术:模型重用技术、多维度建模技术、模型融合与映射技术。利用模型重用技术建立零件制造特征模板库,引用模板开展零件设计,建立设计模型;利用多维度建模技术将设计模型分解为制造对象模型、制造过程模型、制造资源模型和特征关系模型;利用模型融合与映射技术将制造对象模型、制造过程模型、制造资源模型和特征关系模型组装成逻辑上完整的可制造性分析评估模型。在法兰盘可制造性案例分析中,通过使用三项模型构建技术提取零件制造特征,分析和评估零件制造特征,提出改进零件结构工艺性和加工工艺性的建议,实现设计、建议、改进设计的螺旋式循环。To set up manufacturability analysis model,three technologies for constructing manufacturing analysis model were extracted:model reuse technology,multi-dimensional modeling techniques,model integration and mapping technology.Model reuse technology was used to establish manufacturing feature template library,and reference template was applied to set up the design model.By using multi-dimensional modeling techniques,the design model was decomposed into manufacturing object model,manufacturing process mode,manufacturing resource model and features relational model,and these models were assembled into logical completed manufacturability analysis model by model integration and mapping technology.In Flange manufacturing case studies,parts manufacturing features were extracted through the proposed three technologies,and improvements on structural components of the process and process were recommended so as to realize the design spiral cycle with design,proposal and modified design.
