摘 要:堵河中下游的潘口水库正常蓄水运行后,将会对下游的黄龙滩水电厂发电调度产生较大影响。在潘口水库调度方式确定的情况下,利用有、无对比法,采用调度图和离散微分动态规划算法,研究了潘口水库正常蓄水运行后在丰、平、枯三个典型年对黄龙滩水电厂中长期发电调度的影响。结果表明,潘口水库的调蓄可明显提高平水年黄龙滩水电厂的发电量,降低其年发电耗水率;对于丰水年和枯水年,潘口水库调度期期初水位高于345m时也可在一定程度上提高其发电效益;在潘口水库调度期期初水位低于345m时,黄龙滩水电厂宜采用优化调度方式,并尽量提高其期初水位至245m以上。Pankou reservoir is located in the upstream of Huanglongtan hydropower plant and its regulation and oper- ation has a great impact on the medium and long term power generation dispatching of Huanglongtan hydropower plant. In the case of determinate regulation mode of Pankou reservoir, using the method of with and without comparison, this paper studies the influence of the regular operation of Pankou reservoir on the medium and long term power dispatching of Huanglongtan hydropower plant in three typical years, taking advantage of the dispatching graph and discrete differential dynamic programming. It shows that the regular operation of Pankou reservoir may obviously increase the medium and long term power generation and reduce its water consumption rate per generated energy of Huanglongtan hydropower plant; it can improve the benefit of power generation of Huanglongtan hydropower plant to a certain degree on condition that the water level of Pankou reservoir is above 345m at the beginning of the dispatching period; when it is below 345m, it is suitable to adopt the optimal dispatching plans with the water level above 245m at the beginning of the dispatching period for Huanglongtan hydropower plant.
