摘　　要：近年来,"无直接利益冲突"的出现引起了社会的广泛关注。在"无直接利益冲突"的发展过程中,冲突的众多参与者既会自觉不自觉地表现出一些负面的群体心态,也会表现出一些正面的群体心态。调控和疏导负面心态,鼓励和保护正面心态,并在此基础上构建健康理性的群体心态,对于从一个新的角度诠释、化解和防范"无直接利益冲突",具有独特而重要的意义。In recent years, the conflicts of non - direct interests attracted wide public concern. During the process of such conflicts, many participants tended to show both negative and positive herd mentality. We shall guide and control the negative mentality, encourage and protect positive mentality, thus establishing healthy and rational herd mentality. This is of unique importance for us to interpret, resolve and prevent the conflicts of non - direct interest.
