摘  要:采用水溶液聚合方法,合成出了一种具有絮凝和疏水作用的非离子助滤剂(PAMA),并使用红外分析仪、核磁共振分析仪进行了表征。对所得聚合物在湿法磷酸中的应用性能进行了研究。结果表明:加入助滤剂后,过滤速度相比空白组提高了约3.8倍,滤饼水分降低了约10.42%;磷石膏滤饼的平均孔隙率增加了25.82%,平均空隙面积增加了约7倍,滤饼的微观结构得到了较大的改善;同时,PAMA能增强磷石膏颗粒的疏水性,使磷酸滤液的表面张力降低了约7.4 mN·m-1,磷石膏滤饼的接触角增加了约9.8°。an nonionic copolymer PAMA which has two functions of floeculation and surface activity was synthesized in aqueous so lution. The eopolymer was also characterized by means of infrared spectroscopic analysis and unclear magnetic. The application per formance of PAMA were studied,and the results show that the filtration rate of the phosphoric acid slurry can be increased by about 3.8 times, the water content of the filter cake can be reduced by about 9. 8%. Meanwhile, PAMA may improve the cake structure, increase the cake porosity by 25. 82% ,increase the mean void area of about 7 times according to the SEM photos. In addition,The results also indicate that PAMA can enhance the hydrophobieity of the phosphogypsum, the surface tention of the filtrate is reduced by 7.4 raN-m-1 ,and the surface contact angle of the phosphogypsum is increased by 9. 8°with addition of PAMA.
