摘  要:以氨基磺酸为磺化试剂,对从废弃的农作物秸秆(玉米秸秆)中提取的杂多糖进行了化学改性,制备了杂多糖磺酸盐衍生物(PS-NHS),通过FT-IR对改性产物的分子结构进行了确证;采用静态阻垢法和沉降体积法对其阻垢和分散性能进行了评价,考察了不同种类成垢离子、pH值、初始[Ca2+]以及温度对阻垢性能的影响。结果表明:改性后的杂多糖在[Ca2+]=240 mg/L时,阻碳酸钙垢的阻垢率可以达到35%,对碳酸钙悬浮粒子稳定时间超过200 min;同时,在SEM图像中PS-NHS的加入使得晶体形貌发生了畸变,再次证实了PSNHS的阻垢分散性能。A botanical hetero-polysaccharide( PS)were extracted from agricultural residual stalks and chemically modified by amino sulfuric acid in this paper. The structure of sulphonated derivative( PS-NHS)was confirmed by FF-IR spectra. The different parame ters such as scaling component addition, pH value, initial [ Ca2 ] and temperature for different kind of scaling were investigated by static anti-sealing tests, while the dispersity was determined by means of sedimentation volume method. The result shows that the scale inhibition efficiency of PS-NHS can arrive at 35% higher when[ Ca2+] = 240rag/L, [ HCO3 -] = 732mg/L ,pH = 7. 0,50℃ and test time for ten hours. Besides, the time for stabilizing suspended particles of calcium carbonate was beyond 200 rain. What' s more, it was confirmed that the lattice distortion was observed in SEM pattern.
