摘 要:目的探求利用脊柱矫形器在矫治特发性脊柱侧弯的应用及效果。方法针对不同的脊柱侧弯,对26例患者根据其侧弯分型,设计不同的矫形器,并辅以康复训练,分别在患者穿戴3个月、6个月及更长时间定期复查或随访,结合患者的主诉、激光测力平台检测、X光片、以及患者矫治前后的测量参数,将记录结果进行对比分析。结果 26例患者中,显效有19例占73.1%,有效有6例占23.1%,无效1例占3.8%,总有效率为96.2%。结论使用脊柱矫形器在脊柱侧弯矫治中能让患者保持正确的姿势,控制和矫正椎体畸形,在提高特发性脊椎侧弯患儿的躯体功能方面起到积极的作用。科学合理地设计应用脊柱矫形器可以起到较好的康复疗效。Objective To explore the effect of spinal orthoses in the treatment of idiopathic scoliosis. Methods Different orthoses were designed according to scoliosis type for 26 patients with different scoliosis. Supplemented by rehabilitation training, periodic review or follow-up was taken. Combined with patient's chief complaint, laser measuring force platform testing, X-rays, as well as the measurement parameters before and after treatment, the treatment effects of different time were compared. Results The total effective rate was 96.2%, with 19 cases (73.1%) of marked effect, 6 cases (23.1%) of effective, and 1 case (3.8%) of noneffective. Conclusions Spine scoliosis correction allows the patient to maintain the correct posture, control and correct the vertebral deformity in idiopathic scoliosis, which plays an important role in improving physical function of patients. Scientific and rational design and applications of spine rehabilitation can achieve good rehabilitation effect.
