精子顶体反应率与精液相关参数之间关系的研究

摘　　要：目的研究精子顶体反应率与精液相关参数之间的关系,探讨精子顶体反应对男性不育的影响。方法收集2012年10月至2013年4月间在广东省妇幼保健院生殖中心就诊的180例男性患者的精液标本,采用钙离子载体A23187诱导精子发生顶体反应(AR),按照顶体反应值,分AR>3%、AR≤3%两组,对AR与各项精液参数进行相关性分析。结果两组间精子活动力、精液量、精子密度、精子总数无显著差异(P>0.05),而精子正常形态率与精浆抗精子抗体(antisperm antibody,AsAb)差异显著(P<0.05)。结论精子顶体反应与精子质量有关,是相对独立的男性不育因素,是男性生育能力评估的重要参考指标。Objective To investigate the correlations between acrosome reaction and semen parameters, and explore the acrosome reaction effect on male infertility. Methods Semen samples of 180 male patients from October 2012 to April 2013 were collected in our hospital. Using calcium A23187 sperm acrosome reaction induced （AR）, all the subjects were divided in group 1 （AR 〉3%） and group 2 （AR ≤ 3%）, the correlations between acrosome reaction and semen parameters were analyzed. Results Between the two groups, the differences of sperm motility, semen volume, sperm concentration, total sperm count were not statistically significant （P 〉0.05）, while the difference of rate of normal sperm morphology and AsAb was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Acrosome reaction is related with sperm quality, and it is relatively independent of male infertility factor, or might be an important index for assessment of male fertility.
