摘  要:目的探讨紫外分光光度法测定氯芬黄敏片中人工牛黄含量方法。方法将氯芬黄敏片人工牛黄测定过程中的加氯仿研磨改成加氯仿超声,采用紫外分光光度法,测定波长为453 nm。结果两种方法测定氯芬黄敏片中人工牛黄含量的结果 RSD分别为0.021%、0.014%,无显著差异。结论氯仿超声方法使氯仿挥发的机会减少,毒性大大降低,而且简便快速,定量准确,可用于氯芬黄敏片中人工牛黄含量测定。Objective To investigate the determination of the artificial bezoar in compound diclofenac sodium and chlorphenamine maleate tablets by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. Methods Ultrasound was used in the process of determination of artificial bezoar in compound diclofenac sodium and chlorphenamine maleate tablets with chloroform instead of grinding, and determining by ultraviolet spectrophotometry, with the wavelength of 453 nm. Results The results of two methods of determination for artificial bezoar in compound diclofenac sodium and chlorphenamine maleate tablets had not significant difference, with RSD of 0.021%, 0.014% respectively. Conclusions Chloroform ultrasonic method decreases the toxicity greatly by making chance of chloroform volatility to reduce, and it is simple, rapid and accurate for the determination of artificial bezoar in compound diclofenac sodium and chlorohenamine maleate tablets.
