摘　　要：目的分析研究风险管理在西药制剂的质量管理中实施的效果,通过对西药制剂的质量进行有效监测,来减少临床用药风险,提供合理的西药制剂。方法选择2010年1月至2012年12月本院西药管理科的70人为研究对象,对西药制剂的质量管理中存在的潜在风险因素进行分析,建立起完善的质量风险管理机制,并提出有效的解决方案。结果药房人员工作中潜在的西药制剂的质量风险事故及差错显著降低。观察组每年质量风险事故平均次数明显少于对照组,观察组差错的发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论风险管理在西药制剂的质量管理中能为临床用药提供有效的安全保障。Objective To analyze the effect of risk management on western medicine quality management, so as to reduce the risk of clinical drug use and provide reasonable western medicine preparation. Methods Seventy staff in our hospital＇s Department of Western Medicine Management from January 2010 to December 2012 were selected as research object. Potential risk factors in quality control of the western medicine preparations were analyzed, well-established quality risk management mechanism was set up, and effective solution was raised. Results The annual average quality risk accidents and error incidences decreased more obviously in the observation group, and the difference between two groups was of statistical significance （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions The risk management in quality control of western medicine preparations can provide effective safety guarantee for clinical medication.
