摘 要:通过对四台船用柴油机在燃用两种不同燃油排放试验,分析了燃油品质对颗粒与烟度排放的影响。试验结果表明:燃用普通柴油时的颗粒排放较欧Ⅱ柴油增加了28.8%~42.7%,这主要由普通燃油中高硫含量所致;同颗粒的变化趋势一致,烟度加权值也有所增大;发动机的运行工况相对于燃油品质对烟度排放的影响更为显著。最后基于试验数据得出船用柴油机颗粒排放关于燃油硫含量的修正系数。This paper analyses the effect of fuel quality on PM and smoke emissions by making experimental research on four marine diesel engines which are carried out on burning two different oils. The experimental results showed that: when burning the ordinary diesel oil the PM emission increased by 28.8 % - 42.7 % compared with the Euro Ⅱ diesel oil, which was mainly caused by the higher sulfur content in the ordinary diesel oil;consistently with the PM variation trend the weighted value of smoke also increased; the operating mode that influences on the smoke emission of engines seemed to be more notable than the fuel type. Then this paper obtains the correction factor of sulfur content for the PM emission from marine diesel engine based on the experimental data.
