摘　　要：在实际锅炉检验过程中,就DZL2/4-1.0-WⅡ型锅炉锅筒底部经常发现垢下腐蚀的情况进行了探讨。主要从如何发现垢下腐蚀、锅炉水垢情况、锅炉给水和锅水水质状况、垢下腐蚀原因及垢下腐蚀危害和防止措施等几方面进行了分析,为指导日常锅炉内部检验工作提供了参考依据。In the actual boiler inspection process, the under-deposit corrosion often found in the DZL2/4-1.0-W Ⅱ boiler were discussed. Mainly from how to find under-deposit corrosion, the scale in the boiler, the boiler feed water and boiler water quality status, under-deposit corrosion harmfulness and preventive measures were analyzed, providing reference basis for guiding the daily boiler internal inspection.
