摘　　要：插秧机带负荷多功能试验台架,是一种插秧机性能检测装置,其包括安装实验平台、自动加载装置、插秧机安放固定装置、控制台、传动机构装置、自动计数装置。本试验台架能测量插秧机双输出轮轴扭矩、转速及功率、伤秧率和漏插率等性能技术参数,降低实验人员的劳动强度和实验成本,能自动采集、分析数据,避免人工采集、分析数据有误。Transplanting machine with load multifunctional test bench, Is a kind of rice transplanter performance detecting device, It includes the installation of experimental platform, Automatic loading device, Position the retaining device of rice transplanter, The console, transmission device, automatic counting device. The test bench can measure the transplanter double output shaft torque, speed and power, injury seedling rate and missing rate performance parameters, reduce the labor intensity of the workers and the cost of experiment, automatic acquisition, analysis of data, to avoid the manual collection, analysis of data error.
